Diplomat Bakery is located in the 'London Landing' area of Richmond...near the Fraser River.  In addition to muffins, cookies, sandwiches, bread, scones, etc. they offer a wide range of cake slices of numerous flavours and textures.  Cakes can be preordered for special occasions.  Outdoor seating is available, coffee is great and smoothies are served as well.  Hailing from Ireland, the baker produces some of the traditional Irish soda bread as well.
